About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development of new products and support improvements to existing ones.
- Perform hands-on lab work, including bring-up, test setup, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
- Collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams to design, implement, review, and test hardware solutions.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to specification.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of engineering workflows and processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in electronic circuit design, simulation, and hardware architecture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Cybernetics, Embedded Systems, or similar
- Hands-on lab skills, including test setup, troubleshooting, and repair
- Experience with tools and methodologies such as Altium, LT-Spice, BLDC motor control, STM32 microcontrollers, and DFX principles
- Problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
