About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead global talent acquisition, recruitment, employer branding, and retention strategies
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, skills building, and future workforce readiness
- Oversee culture, engagement, communication, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Lead compensation, benefits, performance, and rewards frameworks
- Design and maintain job architecture, workforce planning, and organizational design strategies
- Own global mobility, employment infrastructure, and international workforce enablement strategies
- Strengthen internal capability pipelines, workforce scalability, and leadership bench strength
- Partner with executive leadership on enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce economics, and long-term business transformation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leadership experience in a global context
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across leading global rewards, talent development or related leadership roles
- Strong expertise in: Leadership and skills development
- Organizational effectiveness
