• Assign, coordinate, and prioritize daily work for Material Handling and Inventory Control teams in alignment with operational needs.

• Inventory Control & Discrepancy Resolution
• Investigate issues concerning lost, misplaced, or inaccurate inventory; determine root cause and report findings to required parties.
• Ensure cycle counts are performed to narrow down discrepancies and locate missing inventory.
• Utilize Syteline (Bel-Art system) to complete inventory transactions and adjustments needed to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure the Inventory Control team effectively utilizes the Inventory App as part of daily inventory workflows (alongside Syteline).

Supervisor – Material Handling, Inventory Control

Application Engineer

• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 application support for critical manufacturing and enterprise applications, including incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Use SQL to analyze application data, investigate issues, validate fixes, and support reporting or data corrections as needed
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex application and data-related issues, coordinating with global support teams and developers
• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of global applications supporting pharma production operations, including rollout, configuration, validation, patching, and version upgrades. Coordinates feedback from site users and operational stakeholders, translating needs into actionable requirements for developers to drive future product development.
• Partner with business users, IT, and engineering teams to identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and enhance application performance and stability
• Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs and knowledge base articles

Global Application Support Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Work with a team of developers through various stages of development including user requirement gathering, software architecture & design, programming, validation & testing, as well as software deployment
• Projects can range from various mechatronics applications requiring real-time controls, configurations & diagnostic tools, and simulation software to both cloud & on-prem software tools.
• Developed solutions can also include integration with robotic assembly lines, manufacturing equipment and industry 4.0 edge devices & sensors
