Controls Technical Lead Engineer – Robotics

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer requests related to parts and service
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, and customer portals
• Manage customer accounts, including assistance with parts identification and service requests
• Create, review, and communicate quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims

Control Systems Software Designer

Application Engineer

• Perform a wide variety of duties supporting the applications group assessing customers’ and markets’ requirements in support of sales and business development activities
• Review performance and overall systems requirements, functional data with the engineering group

• Serve as the primary onsite representative and communication link between the customer and NCC support teams.

Field Service Representative – Controls
