• Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up to date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives.
• Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and QBR.

Senior Field Applications Engineer

Account Manager

• Working within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow’s share of customer spend.
• Defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling.
• Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.

Inside Sales

• Overall responsibility for managing and selling our Service Provider portfolio to assigned partners

Account Manager - Inside Sales

Payroll

• You will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• Managing the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking and processing payroll input data
• Assisting with the preparation of the monthly payroll reconciliations and control reports

Payroll Analyst, German

• Managing the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base.
• Maximize margins, gain market share, and drive value added solution selling.
• Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service, often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and troubleshooting other customer problems.
• Functioning as key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow.
• Responsible for Sales Excellence through the development and management of customer strategy in assigned account territory.
• Sell and drive Solutions Selling within the approved account level strategy.
• Requires knowledge of competitive landscape in the market and the ability to make sales decisions based on that information.

Inside Sales Representative

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to key customer locations
• Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands
• Manage your assigned accounts by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and account support
• Support the business by tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting in bound shipments and troubleshooting delivery issues

Customer Success Manager

• Manages accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts.
• Handles onboarding and ongoing training to increase retention and uncover upsells.
• Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned renewal rate and growth targets.
• Tracks at risk, non-renewal, pending, and lost renewals including reasons for cancellation.
• Clearly understands all product offering, subscription and renewal licensing models.
• Supports assigned client base and responds timely to customer inquiries and promptly follow-ups on customer related issues.

• Define critical markets in the Dallas area and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.

• Must be able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.
• Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
• Requires proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle Establish and ability to build relationships with key suppliers.

QA Engineer

• Serve as the primary customer-quality interface with full ownership and accountability
• Develop strategies to facilitate quality-focused collaboration between Sales, Customers, Operations, and Suppliers
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities (SCAR, 8D, CAPA) to address nonconformances and systemic issues
• Track, trend, and analyze customer scorecards, quality KPIs, and Cost of Quality metrics
• Ensure customer quality requirements are clearly understood, flowed down, implemented, and sustained

Application Engineer

• Working in production support and associated tasks like monitoring of the individual queues, ticket updates as per SLA, working with stakeholders to take the tickets forward and provide effective resolution.
• Analyze, debug and troubleshoot software programs and applications.
• Perform fixes for software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and participate in software upgrades, revisions, and patches.
• Maintaining and providing production support for the existing systems as needed.
• Engaging with various stakeholders to provide updates for tickets.
