About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Grow FPGA market share in cooperation with the FAE and sales team
Observe and analyze market trends and adapt the manufacturer’s portfolio
Implement and execute EMEA supplier strategy and programs within the local region
Summarize and drive regular business updates with the supplier
Help development engineers select the right FPGA technologies and components for new designs
Participate in customers’ development projects
Prepare and conduct trainings, events, and technical meetings with customers and suppliers
Guide technical direction and priorities based on supplier strategy and market situation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with electronics and innovative technology
Technical excellence with a proven excellent track record in business development
M.Sc/B.Sc Engineer or equivalent within electronics
In-depth understanding of FPGA technology
Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design
Outgoing personality
Fluent English
Driving license and willingness to travel
Located in Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovenia, or Slovakia
