Program Manager

• The Inside Sales Manager oversees the strategic and sales objectives for their team and creates tactical solutions to meet/exceed objectives.
• Actively enhances team through recruiting, hiring and creating personnel development plans.
• Identifies and nurtures high potential talent; plans succession for team and strategically partners with larger organization to build a talent pipeline for positions outside of immediate team.

Inside Sales Manager – Customer Program Manager

Accountant

• Control and manage the accuracy of General Ledger for the assigned Arrow companies
• Complete all relevant month-end financial close procedures including necessary accruals and Trial Balance reviews
• Prepare and be responsible for all necessary internal reporting required within Europe and to US head office
• Carry out relevant Sarbanes Oxley controls
• Hedging, Revaluation, and FX analysis
• Headcount reporting, control and forecasting support
• Statutory accounting and corporation tax work
• Statutory/Corporate reconciliations and European consolidation

Senior General Ledger Accountant

• Collaborate with the Global Partner Program Lead to define program principles, structure, and objectives.
• Design and implement global partner program components aligned with Arrow ECS’s strategic goals.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of the program across EMEA and US regions.
• Partner with regional teams to adapt global program standards to local market needs.
• Act as a liaison between global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, guidelines, and governance models.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for program optimization and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners to drive program adoption.

Global GTM Partner Program Manager

Product Marketing

• Develop a global ECS GTM framework with regional adaptations for EMEA and US.
• Create repeatable sales plays aligned to Arrow ECS vendor solutions.
• Define land, expand, and cross-sell motions for ECS offerings and adjacent technologies.
• Partner with strategic vendors to build joint value propositions and co-selling programs.
• Manage MDF/JMF planning, proof-of-value initiatives, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Deliver role-based enablement for internal sales teams and external partners.

Global GTM Programs Director

Client Partner

• Meet/exceed revenue and margin targets for products and services for new and renewal business for the Vendor lines that you have responsibility for.
• Articulate Arrow ECS’s overall strategic objectives and how the Vendor can benefit from that approach in the context of their own product, solution and market focus.
• Maximise opportunity for fulfillment business (i.e. switch/move business through Arrow ECS).
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms with the Vendor.
• Ownership and reporting on your Vendors including forecasting, monthly predictions and the weekly Big Deal Tracker with accurate and timely information.
• Work closely with your Vendor Partner Manager to plan out and create a Vendor Business Development Plan that will increase sales of their products, solutions and services.

Partner Development Manager

• Architect end-to-end headless solutions using AEM as a content source and React/Next.js for rendering.
• Design SSR and SSG architectures leveraging Next.js or similar frameworks for high-performance and SEO-friendly sites.
• Define and implement AEM Headless content models (Content Fragments, Models, and APIs) that support omnichannel delivery.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable AEM components following Adobe best practices and focusing on reusability.
• Lead AEM template, workflow, and dispatcher configurations, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Guide AEM Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with Adobe’s evolving cloud-native capabilities.
