Risk

• Strengthen and automate building the Solvency II balance sheet and capital requirements projections covering health, death and disability business lines.
• Model new risks when they arise (new insurance products, branches, international, investment etc.).
• Challenge risk appetite, propose new risk metrics and build tools to monitor them.
• Support board meeting preparation and communication with investors regarding capital evolution and market risks.

• Lead Alan’s Executive Program to leverage senior leadership to connect with C-levels at Very Large companies and build their prospection pipeline.
