- Build seamless integrations with major HR platforms like Payfit and Workday.
- Enable company HR teams through automation to scale employee management across countries.
- Invent stacks and flows to make billing highly reliable and delightful.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a unified, delightful user experience.
- Work on a large, mature codebase and dig into complex business logic.
Requirements
- Backend engineer with an appetite for full-stack development.
- Not afraid to dig into complex business logic related to health insurance and company operations.
- Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
- Experience building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity.
- B2B experience is a plus.
- Problem-solver with 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Well-versed in Object Oriented Programming (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript.
- Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (experience with both not required).
- Passionate about building products; self-starting, entrepreneurial, humble, collaborative.
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
