About the role

  • Turn phones into personal health partners by building health shopping, Clinic, Health Programs, behavior-changing experiences, and prevention services
  • Tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders
  • Design efficient systems and engineering practices to align interactions between multiple teams/products
  • Influence product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access
  • Contribute to hiring and shape candidates' hiring experience

Requirements

  • Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences.
  • Good experience building and shipping mobile applications
  • Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment
  • Familiar with modern web technologies
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#
  • Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
  • Humble and still willing to grow
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience building digital health products in a fast-paced environment (nice to have)
