- Turn phones into personal health partners by building health shopping, Clinic, Health Programs, behavior-changing experiences, and prevention services
- Tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders
- Design efficient systems and engineering practices to align interactions between multiple teams/products
- Influence product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access
- Contribute to hiring and shape candidates' hiring experience
Requirements
- Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences.
- Good experience building and shipping mobile applications
- Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment
- Familiar with modern web technologies
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#
- Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Humble and still willing to grow
- Fluent in English
- Experience building digital health products in a fast-paced environment (nice to have)
- Mobile development experience (React Native) - our members live on mobile (nice to have)
