About the role
- Build and optimize alan.com website and high-traffic marketing platform
- Power acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM) and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, Canada
- Develop seamless self-serve flows from discovery to signup
- Support partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design)
- Work with stack: React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo; deploy daily and own what you build
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience building and shipping web applications
- Familiarity with TypeScript and Python
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#)
- English working proficiency
- Legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium, or Spain
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for healthcare technology and leveraging AI
- Collaborative and humble attitude
