About the role
- Build Alan's occupational health software to transform workplace health services for companies and employees across France.
- Work side-by-side with experienced team members to build the occupational offer from 0 to 1.
- Tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders.
- Design efficient systems and engineering practices to align and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products.
- Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives shaping the future of healthcare access.

- Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies.
