Work within the Sales Effectiveness team to improve sales team efficiency and customer acquisition cost
Spend significant time in the field to identify gaps in our sales process
Design and enhance existing processes by removing steps and increasing automations
Identify new tools or technologies, test, validate and implement them
Ensure proper change management through shadowing, training, measuring adoption and iterating
Leverage low-code tools, AI (Dust), CRM (Salesforce), SQL (Metabase) and other tools to deliver initiatives
Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada
Deliver initiatives such as automated generation of sales slide decks and AI-driven outbound automation
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in a similar role
Strong taste for being hands-on; partner with sales teams and provide operational support
Comfortable with change management (shadow, train, measure, drive adoption and iterate)
Good SQL knowledge and data rigor
Power user of low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Salesforce screenflows or equivalent)
Strong business sense and ability to go deep in understanding operational details of Sales work
High interest in new technologies such as GenAI with experience in deploying AI projects (prompting and building tools)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and French
Nice to have: previous experience in the insurance industry; experience in tier 1 tech companies; exposure to large Sales teams; knowledge of Salesforce CRM
