• En tant qu'expert(e) reconnu(e) en logistique sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, vous mettrez à profit votre savoir-faire pour modéliser, configurer et déployer des solutions innovantes, assurant l'efficacité opérationnelle et la croissance de nos clients.
• Votre contribution sera directe et tangible, de l'analyse initiale à la mise en production, garantissant l'alignement technologique avec les objectifs stratégiques.
• Votre mission consiste à : Connaissance métier & Expertise fonctionnelle Analyser en profondeur les besoins d'affaires des clients et les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles robustes dans D365 F&O, notamment pour la gestion des entrepôts (WMS), des stocks, des achats, des ventes et de la distribution.

Senior Supply Chain Consultant – Microsoft D365 F&O

• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers worldwide from a commercial and contractual perspective.
• Develop new sourcing channels and establish strategic alliances.
• Develop business strategies for negotiations.
• Lead and participate in commodity development by managing projects that may include preparing profitability analyses.
• Lead, develop and execute commodity strategy, and provide senior management with progress updates on projects and negotiations.
• Identify, analyze and realize cost-reduction opportunities.
• Create and maintain formal internal and external networks.
• Act as the single point of contact with suppliers for new business.
• Support sites and/or business units with appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate and lead negotiations of any claims with suppliers to support production issues of business units.
• Support business units in applying contractual remedies in cases of significant breaches.
• Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers.
• Ensure contracts are managed in accordance with company requirements.
• Support other supply chain agents in their contract negotiations, commercial agreements, product change negotiations, and contract amendments.
• Participate in the governance of cost-reduction initiatives and ensure projects are delivered.

Supply Chain Agent

• Oversee all supply chain operations involving 3PL partners, web carriers, and distribution center appointment scheduling
• Act as the central point of communication for supply chain activities, including transportation and DC coordination
• Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews while providing ongoing guidance and development opportunities for all associates
• Manage and maintain communication across supply chain operations to ensure service levels are met
• Oversee key functions including appointment scheduling, inventory and warehouse operations, vendor onboarding, customer escalations, and backorder management
• Coordinate and communicate project and holiday planning activities across internal teams, DCs, and 3PL partners
• Maintain and update performance metrics and review internal processes for continuous improvement

Supervisor – Supply Chain Operations

• Design and evolve end‑to‑end Supply Chain process architecture (Tier 1–4) aligned to business outcomes and transformation priorities
• Translate strategic objectives such as growth, cost‑to‑serve reduction, and resilience into executable process designs and operating models
• Define clear business rules, decision logic, handoffs, and controls that enable orchestration and automation
• Lead business process design for enterprise workflow and business process management (BPM) platforms such as Pega
• Partner with Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), and architecture teams to ensure business intent is accurately implemented
• Establish and monitor process performance metrics to drive prioritization, continuous improvement, and value realization
• Enable a shift from functional silos to end‑to‑end process ownership across the Supply Chain

Supply Chain Process Manager

• Assist in developing and executing inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, considering factors such as sales forecasts, lead times, and seasonality.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, historical data, and customer demand patterns to create accurate demand forecasts for home furnishing products.
• Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely placement, delivery, and availability of inventory while maintaining appropriate inventory turns.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, track shipments, and resolve any supply-related issues, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory analysis, including reviewing stock levels, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and proposing action plans for inventory optimization.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory metrics, and supply chain performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and efficient supply chain operations.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and system.
• Attend evening calls once or twice per week to collaborate with North American stakeholders and ensure effective cross‑time‑zone communication.
• Conduct occasional factory visits to support operational oversight and relationship management.

Supply Planner

• Handle all day-to-day operational elements of customer’s needs
• Seek out the best methods to move freight based on customer requirements
• Organize and prioritize activities to complete tasks and assignments
• Perform all necessary Import, Export and Domestic Transportation activities
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information
• Anticipate, identify, and rectify any exceptions
• Build strong relationships with carriers through communication
• Complete performance reports for all carrier-related issues

Logistics Coordinator

• Monitor factory production schedules to ensure that Cargo Ready Dates (CRD) align with the requirements set by the Demand Planning team
• Act as the primary point of contact for overseas vendors once a Purchase Order is issued, troubleshooting production delays and securing equipment/space bookings
• Set policy on container utilization, packing standards, and load consolidation to ensure optimal shipping costs while minimizing damages
• Lead negotiations with shipping lines and freight forwarders to secure competitive contract and spot rates for ocean, air, and land transport on Canada and US lanes
• Evaluate and select carriers based on a balance of cost-efficiency, transit time, and reliability Review all freight invoices to ensure billed rates accurately reflect negotiated contracts and that no unauthorized surcharges are applied
• Manage demurrage and detention exposure proactively resulting in minimized charges and meeting predetermined targets, in partnership with the Director, Supply Chain
• Oversee the collection of all essential shipping documents from factories, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading
• Own end-to-end customs clearance for both CBSA (Canada) and CBP (US) imports
• Verify the accuracy of all customs entries, including HTS code classification, valuation, and duty/tax calculations
• Ensure all imports comply with local and international trade regulations and maintain records for government audit purposes
• Track and report on key metrics including Transit Time Variance, Freight Cost as a % of COGS, and Vendor On-Time Shipping
• Provide accurate landed cost data for inventory valuation and margin analysis in collaboration with the Finance Team
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Analysts while fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
• Facilitate weekly 1:1s with Direct Reports to provide high quality performance feedback, ensure clarity around tasks and priorities, provide guidance in order to strengthen team capabilities and achieve targets
• Foster a strong culture of collaboration and teamwork actively removing roadblocks and proactively developing the team to be highly cross functional.
• Build the inbound operating cadence for KPI reviews, exception management, and escalation paths
• Build scalable processes, documentation, and reporting standards as the business continues to mature

Manager, Supply Chain – Inbound Operations

• Coordinate end-to-end, multi-modal transportation for a wide range of cargo, including hazardous materials, general freight, and oversized shipments, across export, import, and domestic movements.
• Monitor shipments closely to ensure on-time complete delivery, maintaining proactive communication and follow-up throughout the transportation lifecycle.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment data within internal systems, ensuring timely updates and strong data integrity.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to support seamless execution of project logistics operations.
• Identify, assess, and onboard service-oriented vendors that align with operational requirements and company values, contributing to a reliable and scalable partner network.

• Support the development of the logistics vision for one or more customers or departments
• Support continuous improvement activities in the logistics process
• Manage resources to effectively help execute strategy deployment plans
• Ensure materials are available to meet manufacturing build requirements
• Address and resolve material shortages
• Maintain communication with suppliers and investigate payment issues
• Assist in resolution of discrepancies and manage non-conforming materials
• Review supplier performance and make recommendations for changes

Manager, Supply Chain Purchasing

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of health and safety programs, policies, and procedures for Kingston, Dorval and Debert
• Manage compliance and action tracking within health and safety systems (e.g., VelocityEHS, ISN, and Vcomply)
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards on key safety indicators, incident trends, and compliance metrics for leadership review
• Support the incident (Injury and motor vehicle accidents) and near-miss reporting process, including documentation, data entry, and follow-up on corrective actions
• Participate in root cause analysis and trend reviews to identify recurring hazards and recommend preventive measures
• Assist in ensuring compliance with provincial, and federal health and safety legislation
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections across facilities and departments
• Coordinate and schedule health and safety training sessions in collaboration with site leadership
• Support the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) by preparing meeting materials, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
• Collect, analyze, and maintain health and safety performance data to meet internal and external reporting requirements

Senior Analyst, Health and Safety, Supply Chain

• Lead the extended operations team across all product lifecycle phases, including research and development (R&D), new product introduction (NPI), sustaining operations, and end of life (EOL)
• Partner cross‑functionally with product engineering, capacity planning, test engineering, and other stakeholders to improve yield, cost, and supply assurance
• Define and execute global supply chain strategies that deliver cost‑optimized, reliable products aligned with business and customer commitments
• Drive contract manufacturers (CMs) to achieve output plans by resolving constraints related to capacity, yield, quality, and Clear to Build (CTB) readiness
• Establish and manage safety stock strategies and escalate material risks to Global Commodity Management (GCM) partners to mitigate supply disruptions
• Generate manufacturing plans and ensure supplier readiness to support new product ramps and sustained volume production
