About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain planning, including MRP, production scheduling, and monthly updates.
Monitor reconciliations, inventory counts, and adjustments across multiple warehouses in Canada and the U.S.
Assist in defining and tracking departmental KPIs to ensure inventory and supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Communications to align production plans with demand forecasts.
Assist with assembly operations, coordinating with manufacturing partners to resolve production, inventory, or quality issues.
Support purchase orders, vendor quotes, work orders, and raw material approvals, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and holding vendors accountable for deliverables.
Partner with Accounting to reconcile MCOG accounts and support financial reporting related to supply chain operations.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support the product realization process, investigate product issues, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Ensure compliance with DIVA International Inc.’s ISO 13485 Quality Management System and B-Corp standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations analysis, preferably in CPG or regulated industries.
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, MRP systems, and production planning.
Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and assembly operations.
Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, Health Canada).
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
