About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve and maintain Cycle Count Recertification.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage bin locations and stock integrity
  • Be able to work overtime to meet the daily/monthly deadlines.
  • Coordinate daily workflow for evening shift.
  • Use SAP system to process orders to the invoice stage and process packages through XPS shipping system.
  • Back up to Warehouse Operations Manager for building maintenance duties.
  • Assist with all aspects of the distribution center when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment, free from materials that interfere with properly executing above duties and promotes efficient

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of three years of distribution center (over1000 sku’s)
  • Minimum of three years of successful leadership experience.
  • SAP knowledge
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self motivation
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel )
  • Adaptability to changing demands and conditions
  • Ability to analyze current process, logistics data and recommend changes to improve results.
  • Forklift operation
  • Knowledge of WHIMS
  • Health and Safety committee experience –maintain minutes and reports
  • GMP facility experience- working, Implementing and training of GMP procedures
