About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze data across supply chain to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.
Identify supply chain performance gaps through data analysis, proactively engage with relevant stakeholders to understand root causes, and lead cross-functional efforts to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, data objects, and reports that track key supply chain metrics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with business needs.
Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Assist in the deployment and continuous improvement of supply chain analytics tools and technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis, preferably within the food or pet food industry.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization platforms (preferably Power BI).
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning or predictive modeling preferred.
Experience in Generative AI development preferred.
Familiarity with Databricks preferred.
Understanding of E2E supply chain processes preferred.
