Inventory Demand Planner – Merchandising

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze our inventory and sales data and provide your analytical insights.
- Partner with our vendors around the world and analyze vendor performance to make informed decisions with our buyers.
- Review and adjust location replenishment parameters and allocate the right quantities to each store and online.
- Perform purchase order creation, tracking and receipts flow management to meet company objectives.
- Perform monthly inventory forecasting.
- Develop and communicate customer availability mitigation strategies to support sales forecasts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years of retail buying, inventory management, or planning experience
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel – you love data!
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking – have a “seek to understand” approach
- Great team player
