Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Manager, D365 Advisor, and as a key member of the Microsoft team, the Senior ERP Consultant plays a strategic role in guiding our clients to optimize their logistics processes.
You will lead high-value ERP implementation projects, translating business requirements into practical, high-performance functional solutions.
As a recognized logistics expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), you will leverage your expertise to model, configure, and deploy innovative solutions that ensure operational efficiency and support client growth.
Your contribution will be direct and tangible, from initial analysis through go-live, ensuring technological alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
10 years of ERP implementation experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Solid expertise in logistics processes, including WMS, order management, procurement/sales, and inventory management.
Proven experience leading or making major contributions to full-cycle ERP projects.
Ability to coach and guide clients in their strategic and operational decision-making.
Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English to effectively engage with clients across North America.
