About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for procurement strategy and logistics for CAPEX projects
Ensure strategic sourcing and coordination with the Finance department
Optimize spending and ensure timely delivery of required materials
Design, implement, and enforce a procurement governance framework
Lead the selection and deployment of a centralized contract management tool
Ensure all equipment meets technical specifications
Oversee maintenance contracts and supplier performance
Develop supply chain risk management strategies
Collaborate with Construction, Operations, and Finance departments to align procurement strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 10 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain consulting
Experience in business development and growing a consulting practice
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience leading transformation programs and major projects
Deep knowledge of global supply chain trends and risk management
Demonstrated ability to think independently and solve problems
Team player with a collaborative approach; clear and proactive communicator
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information
Proven negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills
