Inside Sales Representative

Client Partner

• Manage a portfolio of clients with a strong focus on retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.
• Serve as the central point of contact between clients, brokers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across client and vendor organizations.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, including PBMs, utilization management, case management, and disease management partners.

Client Success Manager

Sales

• Responsible for direct and key account selling activities in assigned region
• Call on both existing and prospective accounts in person and by other necessary means such as e-mail
• Develop account plans for those accounts for which you are directly responsible and conduct regular reviews of these accounts to achieve the plan objectives
• Schedule and ensure that all account plans are completed and reviewed in a timely and consistent manner

Technical Product Manager

• Develop and execute a comprehensive approach to deliver one or more major products, capabilities, services, or enhancements in accordance with the product roadmap.
• Work with Program Managers, Business Leaders, and cross-functional Scrum team to deliver the product.
• Manage the overall effort to deliver products, capabilities, services, and enhancements using the strategic vision as well as established key performance indicators.

• Responsible for the sales of ABB's Electrification products within the Columbus, OH and surrounding areas.
