• Owning the solution design for complex projects involving Gong and related tools (especially SFDC, Hubspot, and Clay), considering long-term scalability, business objectives, and user adoption.

• Develops and maintains revenue enablement content for learning programs, paths, and certifications across revenue-facing roles (Sales Directors, Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Representatives) remotely.
• Provides subject-matter expertise on content design and delivery to improve the business's revenue training and enablement programs.

• Own and continuously refine the organization’s sales KPI framework across the full funnel, pre-pipeline, pipeline (early / mid / late stage), and closed.
• Build and maintain the standardized reporting suite (daily dashboards, weekly summaries, monthly reviews, and quarterly strategic rollups) tailored to the distinct needs of Executive Leadership, Sales Management, Sales Reps, and Operations & Enablement.
