About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading a team of 5 Revenue Operations Analysts
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to deliver actionable insights
  • Developing, documenting, and executing the revenue operations roadmap
  • Partnering with Revenue Technology team to deliver value from technology investments
  • Partnering with Enablement to ensure effective sales strategies
  • Standardizing lead management, pipeline management, and account handoffs
  • Leading annual planning for revenue targets, quotas, and territories

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive revenue operations experience in SaaS, including at minimum 5 years in management roles
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Adaptability - ability to adjust, change or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances
  • Collaboration - ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal
  • Communication - skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information
