• Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers.
• Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems.
• Maintains up-to-date customer contact information in the collections systems.
• May be required to support other queues to facilitate teamwork in the department.
• Escalates and assists other team members with calls as needed.
• Serves as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to fellow team members.
• May be required to initiate external contact with customers and may perform advanced loss prevention activities.
• Review the Month to Date (MTD) sent by the clubs for accuracy.
• Daily review of ABC on prior day dues collections and all club entries.
• Process all refunds from ABC and Point of Sale (POS). Research all refunds from the clubs for accuracy.
• Oversees 3rd party collections and all communication that is needed to the clubs from Swift.
• Works as the liaison between ABC and the Club Operations Managers.
• Timely, responsive, courteous communication with all member inquiries, questions, concerns, and needs.

Member Services Representative

• Provide superior customer service to MVB clients and internal stakeholders regarding consumer and business online banking products and services.
• Perform daily administration duties to include, but not limited to, building and coding online banking profiles as per procedures and client agreements, daily report monitoring, and enrolling or updating businesses products and services (i.e. ACH, wire, Remote Deposit Capture, bill pay, positive pay, Estatements)
• Facilitate, install and train new Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay clients
• Assist Retail, Commercial, and Treasury teammates with sales presentations of online banking and RDC products
• Provide one-on-one end-user, tier two issue resolution support for consumer and business products and services via phone, email or through chat
• Support mRDC, mobile banking, and bill pay
• Support testing and implementation of changes relating to business online banking features (including ACH, wires, positive pay, etc.)
• Identify problems and/or potential problems and take the necessary steps to resolve or escalate
• Routinely provide enhancement recommendations or efficiencies
• Routinely provide training support for internal teammates and other lines of businesses
• Provide back-up support to other department roles
• Work with minimal supervision
