About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary technical field support resource for Rebel Power and communications products
  • Provide on-site assistance to defense, government, and commercial customers
  • Support customer demonstrations, training, product integration, troubleshooting, and operational field exercises
  • Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to ensure successful product deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting communications and/or power products
  • High School diploma, prior military, or equivalent relative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting methodologies
  • Schedule flexibility
