About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical field support resource for Rebel Power and communications products
Provide on-site assistance to defense, government, and commercial customers
Support customer demonstrations, training, product integration, troubleshooting, and operational field exercises
Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to ensure successful product deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in supporting communications and/or power products
High School diploma, prior military, or equivalent relative experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong troubleshooting methodologies
Schedule flexibility
