About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary technical field support resource for Rebel Power and communications products
- Provide on-site assistance to defense, government, and commercial customers
- Support customer demonstrations, training, product integration, troubleshooting, and operational field exercises
- Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
- Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to ensure successful product deployment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in supporting communications and/or power products
- High School diploma, prior military, or equivalent relative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting methodologies
- Schedule flexibility
