Marine Operations Manager – Offshore

• Ensure that all process- and operations-related matters are implemented on time and to the highest quality as part of customer implementations.
• Act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT.
• Support intralogistics (large) projects and take on subproject responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
• Improve project quality, particularly for automation and innovation projects.
• Further develop and continuously enhance process management.
• Capture, document, analyze and optimize processes with the goal of modularizing and standardizing logistics processes.
• Redesign processes or further develop existing workflows.

Senior Process Manager

• You ensure that all process- and operations-related topics for customer implementations are completed on time and to the highest quality.
• Act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT.
• Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and take on subproject responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
• Contribute to improving project quality—particularly for automation and innovation projects.

• Point of contact for employees at all locations for all IT-related matters.

• Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Junior IT Operations Manager

• As an Operational Excellence Manager, you work closely with the COO to ensure that operational processes, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects are clearly structured and consistently executed.
• You analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, develop scalable standards, and actively drive key initiatives forward.
• You are responsible for identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and deriving concrete improvement measures as well as use cases for AI agents.
• You design and document clear target processes, roles and responsibilities, handovers, and standards.
• Setting up and managing project plans - including target state, scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and decision requirements - is part of your day-to-day work.
