Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end responsibility for supply chain, production and fulfillment — from raw materials to the end customer

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in supply chain, operations or production, ideally in FMCG or food
Strong analytical skills, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience managing external partners and suppliers
Enjoys rethinking structures and professionalizing processes
AI-native — not because you have to be, but because you understand the possibilities and actively use them
You believe a unicorn can be built with 10 employees — and you want to prove it
Fluent in German and English
