About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a central communication point between State Street, External Managers, and Alpha clients
Monitor Inbound External Manager Transaction Error Queues
Provide External Manager Reconciliation Oversight
Ensure Governance by Capturing and preparing External Manager related MIS
Provide oversight and review of daily reconciliation between CRIMS and State Street’s middle office IBOR record
Take ownership of issues to resolution, engaging teams as needed to correct IBOR and CRIMS data
Act as the primary contact point for the client's Front Office team, triaging issues and ensuring they are resolved
Maintain and develop State Street’s SQL based data warehouse (SSDD)
Project manage the client onboarding process from receipt, preparation, implementation, and Hypercare

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree and minimum 3+ years asset management operational experience
Knowledge of order management systems, ideally CRD but not a must-have
Knowledge of additional European languages like German or Dutch will be considered a plus
