About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You manage and take operational responsibility for the vehicle onboarding and defleeting processes for your assigned vehicle brands and partners throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • You are responsible for and coordinate the smooth defleeting process from vehicle return to successful remarketing in close coordination with manufacturers, registration authorities, and compounds.
  • You establish and maintain trusted relationships with our external partners (OEMs, compounds, logistics providers) and act as a competent and reliable representative of FINN Operations.
  • You proactively analyze operational process bottlenecks, address deviations, and work with partners to develop sustainable solutions that ensure quality and lead times.
  • In close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Remarketing, Customer Care, and Purchasing), you drive continuous process optimization, scaling, and automation of operational workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., automotive sales clerk), ideally complemented by relevant further qualifications (e.g., business, logistics, or automotive specialist), or a degree in automotive business, Business Administration, or Logistics / Supply Chain.
  • Some practical experience in operations, freight forwarding, or logistics, preferably in a dynamic, agile environment or startup.
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2) for professional communication with our partners.
  • A highly structured, detail-oriented working style combined with strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Initial experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with external service providers such as workshops, manufacturers, or compound partners.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, CRM software, or modern fleet management systems.
