• End-to-end vehicle logistics: customer handovers, returns, and all vehicle movements before and after the subscription.
• Direct P&L ownership across logistics costs and significant indirect impact on adjacent cost items, e.g. return damages.
• Strategic direction for FINN's logistics model — FINN Stations, external partnerships, and beyond
• Scaling operational capacity, in particular our FINN Station network, to enable our growth over the coming years
• Senior stakeholder and partner management, including MD-level negotiations with external logistics partners
• People leadership across a ~20 FTE team with varied functions and backgrounds

Account Manager

• As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be the driving force—after our Sales team has closed a JobAuto framework agreement—who inspires employees of our JobAuto clients to book a FINN JobAuto.
• You will act as the personal point of contact for your JobAuto customer portfolio and will plan and implement the rollout of JobAuto across the company and the ongoing activation of employees together with the customers.
• In this role you will have a significant impact on the success and growth of JobAuto.

Junior Key Account Manager

• In the Small Accounts team, you play a central role in managing our B2B clients with vehicle fleets of six to 13 vehicles.
• After the Sales team successfully closes a contract, you are the primary point of contact for our existing clients and support them throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• As an Account Manager, you are responsible for personal consultation and long-term retention of our existing clients—especially when it comes to renewing existing subscriptions or booking a follow-up subscription.
• With a keen sense for individual requirements and preferences, you work with our clients to develop tailored mobility solutions and ensure they always enjoy an outstanding customer experience.
