About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute growth opportunities for JobAuto: Derived from our company strategy, it is your task as the right hand of our VP Job Auto to shape and execute a winning growth strategy for JobAuto. You support in identifying growth opportunities and manage strategic growth projects such as larger partnerships.
- Define our JobAuto product vision and turn it into reality: Working closely with our JobAuto Product team, you support crafting a state-of-the-art vision for our JobAuto product and implementing additional features and services for the benefit of our customers.
- Lead our business planning and performance analysis: You lead our quarterly business planning process for JobAuto and derive actionable insights from our performance. Based on data-driven insights, you then derive and implement specific actions to capture this additional potential.
- Pitch JobAuto to investors and customers: You enable the team to excel in pitching JobAuto to customers, investors and partners. You prepare material and go out to test our approach.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduated with a degree in business administration, technology management, or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in a high performance environment like a startup or a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Joy in developing new concepts from the start and ability to own and drive multiple projects.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate observations into measures.
- Strong bias to action to improve our product and processes continuously and flexibility to take on new tasks in an evolving business.
- Strong solution-finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
- Proactive stakeholder management and structured communication.
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
