About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in daily customer contact, e.g., coordinating appointments, responding to inquiries, and following up on customer cases.
- Assist with reviewing and documenting grid and registration data and communicating with grid operators or energy suppliers.
- Work closely with internal teams from Engineering, Operations and Customer Service to help drive projects forward smoothly.
- Support the maintenance and updating of data and processes in the CRM system (Salesforce and Airtable).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled student, ideally in a technical or business-related degree program.
- Interest in the energy transition, heat pump technology and digital processes.
- Careful, structured and solution-oriented working style with enjoyment of teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, especially when dealing with customers and partners.
- Basic technical understanding and willingness to work into new subject areas.
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, data platforms).
