• Review and challenge management accounts provided by external accountants.
• Report on the financial performance of the operational portfolios at monthly Customer Board meetings.
• Ensure financial information and commentary is accurately presented in Investor Reports.
• Deal with finance related queries on portfolios - taking ownership of requests and issues, creating stakeholder goodwill by providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Working closely with the OEGEN commercial asset managers to prepare budgets and monitor all costs against these budgets.
• Assist the fund management team in quarterly valuations.
• Assist the operational onboarding of new investments into OEGEN’s finance and reporting processes.
• Assist with the audit of the underlying assets.
• Assist with the financial DD queries arising from asset sales.
• Project manage audits and review of statutory financial statements; liaising with external auditors as required.
• Manage payment approvals as appropriate.
• Ensure a robust control environment is present throughout the portfolio. This could involve insisting on the utilisation of OEGEN’s systems for new assets/projects.
• Be a valued business partner and build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify system improvements and take ownership of driving change across the team. This will involve working closely with external accountants to improve current processes across the portfolio.

• Be responsible for strategic and architectural technical decisions with a particular focus on Financial Operational Systems (Finance, Supply Chain Procurements and Sales)
• Define and evaluate architecture options for finance systems and integrations, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Support the definition of a cohesive and consistent data model that can serve as the bedrock of all our financial systems whilst maintaining a global view of the impact on other tech systems

Mechanical Engineer

• Be the main interface between the product design team and the field installation teams
• Identify areas for improvement in all aspects of the system from design to manufacturing, installation and processes
• Provide technical design advice and guidance to the field design teams
• Work closely with the support, field and the operations teams, provide day to day support to all heat pump installs

• In the first week of each month you lead the central onboarding in Berlin. You instill our DNA in the new hires: product knowledge, pitch structure and closing strength.
• The rest of the month you spend in the regions. You work with the sales teams at the POS and demonstrate in live operations how to turn objections into closes.
• You immediately identify why a region is underperforming. Together with the regional leads you develop immediate measures to lift the numbers.
• You identify the strategies of our top performers and convert them into simple, repeatable modules for our Sales Academy.
