About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Hands-on on-site support by working side-by-side with installers
Collaborate with OE Homes Delivery team to improve guides for installations
Coach installers on technical requirements and approved kit lists
Spot effective installation processes and suggest improvements
Track installer questions and feed back to design and training teams
Help prioritize properties ready for live operation
Act as a connector between housing associations, installers, and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

proven experience supporting or delivering domestic solar PV and battery storage installations and necessary qualifications
Practical experience with battery commissioning, inverter setup, export settings and monitoring platforms;
Relevant electrical background or qualification, with current BS 7671 / 18th Edition knowledge or competence;
Ability to read approved designs, schematics, Bills of Materials and platform-specific installation guidance;
Strong practical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn site issues into clear feedback for design, training, data and delivery teams;
Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays where required
