About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-End ownership: You keep our core operational processes running smoothly—from clarifying orders and coordinating internally to successful implementation at the customer site. Your focus is on quality, reliability and scalable processes.
- Primary customer contact: As the first point of contact, you support our B2B customers with all questions related to delivery, installation and complaints, ensuring clear, solution-oriented communication.
- Process optimization: You analyze existing workflows, identify optimization opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions that make our daily operations more efficient, structured and scalable.
- Operational management: You coordinate internal and external partners, monitor timings, responsibilities and open issues, and ensure operational processes mesh cleanly.
- Interface management and communication: You work closely with product development, procurement, logistics, finance and external partners such as installation teams. You build sustainable relationships, establish clear procedures and ensure long-term quality, availability and cost stability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have relevant professional experience in operations, customer support or logistics and an appropriate degree.
- Experience in customer communication and an understanding of logistics within ERP systems are important to us.
- A start-up background is a clear plus—especially if you are comfortable working in structures that are still being built and remain calm and pragmatic when things don’t go according to plan.
- You describe yourself as strong at calmly managing and further developing complex processes.
- You stand out through organizational skills, conscientiousness and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Your master skill: confident and empathetic interaction with a wide range of stakeholders—from customers and suppliers to installation teams.
- You demonstrate forward-thinking actions, good planning ability and a structured way of working.
- Your time management allows you to keep an overview and effectively prioritize tasks even when handling several topics in parallel.
- You combine a hands-on mentality with analytical strength: you actively roll up your sleeves, drive topics forward independently and use data to derive operational decisions and continuously improve processes.
- You have solid experience with ERP systems (e.g. Xentral) and are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- You speak and write German at a negotiation/business-fluent level and English fluently.
- You are generally willing to travel and hold a driving license—for occasional appointments with production partners or spontaneous on-site support when day-to-day business requires it.
