• End-to-End ownership: You keep our core operational processes running smoothly—from clarifying orders and coordinating internally to successful implementation at the customer site. Your focus is on quality, reliability and scalable processes.
• Primary customer contact: As the first point of contact, you support our B2B customers with all questions related to delivery, installation and complaints, ensuring clear, solution-oriented communication.
• Process optimization: You analyze existing workflows, identify optimization opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions that make our daily operations more efficient, structured and scalable.
• Operational management: You coordinate internal and external partners, monitor timings, responsibilities and open issues, and ensure operational processes mesh cleanly.
• Interface management and communication: You work closely with product development, procurement, logistics, finance and external partners such as installation teams. You build sustainable relationships, establish clear procedures and ensure long-term quality, availability and cost stability.

• Strategic growth: You systematically expand our market presence in your region, develop new revenue opportunities and make a significant contribution to regional growth
• Sales cycle: You guide B2B customers through the entire sales process — from first contact and needs analysis to a successful close and the establishment of long-term partnerships
• New business acquisition & account management: You proactively win new B2B customers through outbound prospecting and strategically develop existing accounts — from small businesses to large enterprise clients
• Lead handling: You manage regional inbound leads in a structured way and convert them into successful projects through informed consulting

• Regionaler Kundenausbau: Du unterstützt den Ausbau unserer Marktpräsenz im Rhein-Main-Gebiet und fokussierst dich dabei auf regionale B2B-Kunden
• Sales-Cycle: Du begleitest B2B-Kunden durch den Vertriebsprozess – vom Erstkontakt über die Bedarfsermittlung bis zum Angebot und erfolgreichen Abschluss
• Neukundenakquise & Bestandskundenbetreuung: Du gewinnst erste neue B2B-Kunden durch Outbound-Aktivitäten wie Cold Calling und Mailing und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen strukturiert weiter
• Leadbearbeitung: Du bearbeitest regionale Inbound-Leads schnell, zuverlässig und kundenorientiert und wandelst sie durch fundierte Beratung in erfolgreiche Projekte
• Kundentermine im Außendienst: Du bereitest regionale Kundentermine professionell vor, führst sie vor Ort überzeugend durch und sorgst für eine strukturierte Nachbereitung
• Vertriebsprozesse: Du dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten sorgfältig im CRM, baust Wissen über deine Vertriebsregion auf und unterstützt so eine solide, planbare Auftragspipeline
