• You handle regional inbound leads in a structured way and convert them into successful projects through well-founded consulting
• You manage complex customer projects, develop appropriate solution concepts, and coordinate implementation together with internal teams
• You document your activities in a structured way in the CRM and analyze market and competitive developments

• Sales cycle: You accompany customers through the entire sales process — from initial contact and product pitch through proposal preparation to closing and long-term account management.
• Inbound sales: You handle incoming customer inquiries in a structured way and turn them into successful projects through sound, consultative advice.
• Outbound leads: You independently generate new leads, develop targeted outbound strategies and continuously expand your customer base.
• Pipeline building: You develop a stable order pipeline and increase your close rate through consistent follow-up and targeted learnings.
• Customer retention: You build sustainable relationships and position yourself as a reliable point of contact across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Process optimization: You identify opportunities for improvement and contribute your own ideas to develop our sales processes further.

• Production of audience-relevant video formats for YouTube, social media, app, ads and other channels – from concept to publication
• Responsible for camera, lighting and sound on shoots
• Handling the entire editing process including sound design, color grading, animations and voice-over
• Creating click-driving thumbnails, testing visual variants in A/B tests and continuously optimizing based on relevant KPIs
• Monitoring relevant video trends and translating them into creative formats
• Close collaboration on major video projects with Brand, Design and other teams
