Customer Support

• This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following areas: Addressing Customer Complaints: Assignment of a subset of ongoing customer complaints to review and determine outcomes. This requires full investigation of the issue raised by the customer, and a clear, formal response returned within tight timeframes.
• Work with the Team Leader on the constant review and update of current processes and documentation, providing your ideas for improvement
• Take part in initiatives to improve customer service and efficiency within the complaints area
• Supporting Vulnerable Customers: Assisting customers who may be experiencing vulnerability, offering them guidance and support through written and phone communication.
• Providing consistent feedback to the Team Leader around accessibility and vulnerability needs within the app, operational models, and initiatives to benefit our most vulnerable customers.
• Handling Bereavement Cases: Manage bereavement cases with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that customers receive the support they need during difficult times. Ensure we have a best-in-class empathetic service surrounding this process
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with other customer-facing teams to share insights, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Anything else: Please note that as a part of all areas above, answering or making phone calls to these customers is considered part of the role.
• We’d like you to retain your product and technical knowledge by ensuring you take part in customer conversations or/and operational processes throughout the week, meaning you are able to answer customers with full context.
• Additional overtime hours are also available. There may be occasional requirements to work on bank holidays, depending on business needs.

Customer Care Executive

• Join our Customer Strategy team as the Head of CX and Service Design for the Post-Booking Customer Experience, where you'll be instrumental in redefining and maturing how we engage with our customers after they've booked their holiday.
• Reporting directly to the VP of CX, you'll spearhead the initiative to ensure every customer journey and touchpoint, post-booking is meticulously crafted to offer unparalleled experience, enhancing our brand loyalty and positioning us as market leaders.
• Lead the development and execution of groundbreaking service design strategies that elevate post-booking customer experiences through the following capabilities: Data-Driven Decision Making, Journey Mapping & Process Improvement, SaaS Operations, Customer Communications Strategy, Customer Operations Alignment, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Team Leadership.

Head of Customer Experience – Journey Design

• Complete pre-audit checks on customer information to ensure a minimum standard has been demonstrated before it progresses to the full audit.
• Working through a number of pre-audit checks of customer's information to ensure everything required is collated.
• Providing feedback to customers and collating any missing required information for the pre-audit checks.
• Support customers with areas of improvement where more information is needed in order to pass the audit and become accredited.
• Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers (full training provided).

Customer Support Officer – Health & Safety

• Provide first and second line support across a range of business applications and SaaS tools
• Manage user access, licensing, and basic configuration for point solution platforms
• Triage and resolve application issues, escalating to vendors or senior team members where needed
• Monitor application health and flag recurring issues or risks
• Support onboarding and offboarding of users across the application estate
• Take day-to-day ownership of smaller SaaS and point solution tools used across the business
• Liaise with software vendors on support requests, renewals, and basic configuration queries
• Keep a clear record of what tools are in use, who owns them, and how they're configured
• Help evaluate new tools when the business needs them — gathering requirements, running demos, and feeding back findings
• Assist with user administration and routine tasks on Salesforce, IFS ERP, Five9, Dotdigital, and Qualtrics
• Support testing and validation during system updates or changes
• Help with data queries and basic reporting using SQL or platform-native tools
• Keep documentation current — user guides, process notes, system configs
• Be a reliable first point of contact for application queries from business users
• Communicate clearly on issue status, workarounds, and resolutions
• Support training and adoption when new tools or features are introduced
• Build good working relationships across teams so users feel supported
• Spot recurring issues and suggest fixes rather than just resolving tickets
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles to reduce repeat queries
• Bring a tidy, organised approach to managing the application landscape

Applications Support Specialist

• - Manage Customer Orders & Enquiries: Accurately process customer orders, quotations, product sourcing requests and enquiries within agreed SLAs, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products and services.
• - Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email and other channels, resolving queries efficiently, providing first-time resolution where possible, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• - Build & Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication, professional service, and a solutions-focused approach to support retention and growth opportunities.
• - Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards: Adhere to all regulatory, legislative and company SOPs, accurately manage customer data, and appropriately document and escalate complaints, non-conformances, and quality-related issues.
• - Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer accounts are set up and managed effectively, supporting seamless service delivery and meeting customer requirements.
• - Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities, share customer feedback, contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience, and support the adoption of best practices across the team.
• - Maintain Product & Systems Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of company products, systems, processes and digital platforms, complete required training, achieve departmental KPIs, and support onboarding and knowledge sharing with colleagues.

Customer Service Account Executive – French Speaking

• Provide first-line (level 1) technical support to clients using our drone systems and the Dhalion platform
• Troubleshoot client queries relating to drone operations, data upload and processing, and reporting
• Track and manage support queries through to resolution, and keep clients updated
• Feed customer and product feedback back into the product roadmap
• Fly commercial drone inspection missions, primarily on wind turbine blades and other large assets, as part of the Ops team
• Maintain CAA compliance, Operations Manual standards and H&S practice across deployments
• Support R&D testing of new drone hardware and software
• Act as a trainer: train and mentor other pilots on our systems and procedures

Drone Pilot, Client Support Specialist

• You will be handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.

• Analyse conversation-level data to identify where our AI is underperforming
• Write, test, and iterate prompts to improve resolution quality and deflection rates
• Design and ship agentic workflows that let customers complete account-specific requests entirely through Fini, with no need to speak to a human team member
• Design and document escalation trigger logic and response templates
• Uphold and improve key performance metrics (deflection, AI CSAT) and surface insights to the team
• Partner with our Knowledge Manager & AI Systems & Deflection Lead to close content and knowledge gaps
• Own the set of checks that every prompt or logic change is run against, so improvements never come at the cost of what already works
• Maintain clear documentation of prompt versions, logic changes, and performance outcomes
• Work with our engineering team to scope, test, and ship them end-to-end

AI Support Operations Specialist
