Customer Support

• Answer incoming calls and chats and analyze questions and concerns from insureds and/or producers to resolve issues in a timely manner;
• Answer technical questions from producers and assist them in the navigation of the system;
• Processes incoming faxes, emails, and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately;
• Solicit additional data from insured’s or producers and explain the basis for underwriting determinations and report risk alerts to underwriting;
• Determines reasons for requests for cancellations; follows the procedure for retention.
• Complies with state and federal laws, Department of Insurance criteria, insurance carrier, and Aspire General's policies, procedures, and work rules;
• Review, evaluate, and issue endorsements;
• Produce grammatically correct and clearly written correspondence including letters, memos, reports, emails, and policy file documentation;
• Prompt and regular attendance;

Licensed Customer Service Representative II

• Investigate, triage, and resolve customer-reported issues across Electric's SaaS platform and desktop applications
• Handle a high volume of concurrent cases with disciplined follow-up
• Reproduce and document product bugs with enough technical detail
