Analyst

• Administers, develops, and researches the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with a primary focus on UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions)
• Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics
• Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations
• May be responsible for defining system requirements

HRIS Analyst

• Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day execution of the Sarbanes Oxley controls program within the first line of defense.
• Responsible for assisting in the identification, assessment, oversight reporting and disclosure of key controls across the company, and to ensure the business procedures and/or financial controls are in compliance with applicable regulatory and corporate standards and practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate business management and process owners, as well as risk management personnel (second line of defense).
• Evaluate the design of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in documenting financial/accounting/actuarial process flows, with a focus on internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Support the execution of management’s SOX risk assessment and scoping activities to ensure proper risk identification, process mapping and controls linkage for a sustainable internal control framework.
• Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to internal controls over financial reporting and SOX.

Internal Controls Analyst

• Lead the enhancement and development of the Medical Affairs digital platforms (e.g., grants, proctor, SalesForce.com, THV training portal) by obtaining input from external vendors, internal business partners and users and functioning as the system administrator for all Medical Affairs US systems (e.g. KOL tracking tool)
• Analyze data from Medical Affairs and sales operations databases to create reports for Medical Affairs Leadership
• Develop and refine key operations program metrics and dashboards (e.g., proctor/HCP attendances, number of trainings, invoices, contracts) in collaboration with BU Medical Affairs stakeholders
• Supplement VR (virtual reality) simulation logistics support (e.g., ensure simulation and devices are available, first point of contact for vendors) at EW events and external conferences
• Function as a central resource for simulation parts and internal reordering
• Recommend processes to archive and ensure training and proctoring documentation that comply with EW SOPs and resolve issues as appropriate
• Support organization of training content and department work instructions on appropriate systems (e.g., LMS)
