About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The position is responsible for configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining Epic and other clinical applications.
This role involves building collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, and other corporate departments to facilitate system usage and acceptance.
The analyst handles complex build and configuration tasks, resolves advanced issues, and provides support to ensure reliable application system availability and performance.
Additionally, the analyst designs, verifies, documents, and refactors software configurations, investigates and resolves application issues, develops and executes test plans, and evaluates design options.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Epic certification in at least one module or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field
1-3 years Experience in clinical, operational, or financial workflows relevant to the supported module.
1-3 years Experience in healthcare IT or clinical operations.
