About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The position is responsible for configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining Epic and other clinical applications.
  • This role involves building collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, and other corporate departments to facilitate system usage and acceptance.
  • The analyst handles complex build and configuration tasks, resolves advanced issues, and provides support to ensure reliable application system availability and performance.
  • Additionally, the analyst designs, verifies, documents, and refactors software configurations, investigates and resolves application issues, develops and executes test plans, and evaluates design options.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Epic certification in at least one module or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field
  • 1-3 years Experience in clinical, operational, or financial workflows relevant to the supported module.
  • 1-3 years Experience in healthcare IT or clinical operations.
