About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform a lead role in the financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans
- Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, sources and uses of funds and related distribution projections
- Assist in financial feasibility analysis for acquisition opportunities
- Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation for each asset acquired
- Perform asset sales pricing analysis and formulate/analyze financial deal points
- Recommend price/profit participation structures
- Implement and maintain a computerized financial proforma model
- Collaborate with management associates to develop alternative business planning scenarios
- Liaison with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to financial strategies
- Maintain market analysis database for feasibility analysis
- Collate and analyze competitive pricing and features
- Formulate budgets for assigned programs/projects and administer related vendor contracts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline required
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
- Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use
- Local real estate knowledge extremely beneficial
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of mapping applications required
- Detail oriented with a strong acumen for critical, logical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
