About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform a lead role in the financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans
  • Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, sources and uses of funds and related distribution projections
  • Assist in financial feasibility analysis for acquisition opportunities
  • Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation for each asset acquired
  • Perform asset sales pricing analysis and formulate/analyze financial deal points
  • Recommend price/profit participation structures
  • Implement and maintain a computerized financial proforma model
  • Collaborate with management associates to develop alternative business planning scenarios
  • Liaison with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to financial strategies
  • Maintain market analysis database for feasibility analysis
  • Collate and analyze competitive pricing and features
  • Formulate budgets for assigned programs/projects and administer related vendor contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline required
  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use
  • Local real estate knowledge extremely beneficial
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of mapping applications required
  • Detail oriented with a strong acumen for critical, logical thinking and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
