• Lead technical support for pre-sales activities related to utility-scale and commercial/industrial battery energy storage projects
• Ensure smooth transition of technical information, supplier relationships, and customer interactions to project execution team as part of post-sale activities
• Develop system configurations, preliminary designs, and technical proposals based on customer requirements, site conditions, and project constraints
• Perform system sizing, energy modeling, and performance analysis to support solution optimization and commercial bids
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Service teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals
• Support customer meetings, technical presentations, and proposal reviews, serving as a subject matter expert on BESS architecture, controls, safety, and integration
• Review and interpret single-line diagrams, site layouts, equipment specifications, and interconnection requirements
• Assist with technical due diligence, risk identification, and mitigation strategies for project opportunities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues during project development, deployment, commissioning, and operations
• Contribute to the development of standard engineering tools, templates, and best practices to improve proposal quality and turnaround time
• Stay current on industry standards, codes, regulations, and emerging technologies related to battery storage, power conversion systems, and grid integration

Customer Support

• Supports ISRs and customers by providing tracking information, freight charges and PODs
• Processes freight claims and work with freight companies to ensure resolution
• Submits corrected Bills of Lading to freight companies
• Communicates with other departments to help resolve credit and shipping issues
• Creates credit memos for pricing discrepancy
• Issues return goods authorization to the customer and work with warehouse personnel to ensure that goods are acceptable for restock and return is closed
• Runs open order report and open credit report to accurately update the reports for monthly projections
• Processes rebate orders
• Processes Co-op dollars (credits) in Apprise
• Orders catalogs, brochures and literature to fulfill customers requests

Sales Support Representative

Compliance

• Support day-to-day import compliance activities in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations, CBP requirements, and internal compliance policies
• Monitor bonded warehouse entries and exits initiated by Project Management and Operations teams
• Coordinate with customs brokers to resolve entry issues, documentation requests, and post-entry corrections
• Review and validate import documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with data validation, downstream auditing, and broker reporting requirements associated with enhanced CBP scrutiny
• Compile and provide required documentation to support the Duty Drawback program
• Maintain organized and auditable compliance records in accordance with company retention policies

Trade Compliance Analyst

• Coordinate expertise and recommend solutions from cross-functional teams to application and performance enquiries from customers related to Induction and EC motor applications in the Commercial motors field.
• Interact with sales team and sophisticated customers on applications to translate customer requirements to product specifications/designs and provide valued Techno commercial proposals.
• Help resolve product issues at the customer and in the field by working with customer and field sales team.
• Provide inputs to product engineering and New Product Development team on Commercial motors applications, customer requirements to design and/or improve products considering manufacturability, quality, reliability and cost.
• Lead in capturing voice of customer and development of product specifications.
• Translates customer needs to manufacturing requirements and coordinates testing and qualification of product in customer applications.

Application Engineer – Commercial Motors

General Counsel

• Serve as primary commercial counsel for assigned business units
• Ensure compliance of assigned business units with WEG policies relating to risk management, contracting, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with internal customers while maintaining an overriding commitment to conformity with Company policies, contracting guidelines, and established processes
• Forward disputes, investigations, and other non-commercial matters to the General Counsel promptly
• Advise business unit leaders on a broad range of commercial and compliance matters and report timely on such matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, nondisclosure agreements, service agreements, and other contracts (sell-side and buy-side)
• Highly responsive to legal requests, with excellent communication about timelines, deliverables, and circumstances of each transaction or matter
• Contribute upon request in the development of Legal Team policies and procedures, templates, and training, and proactively identify areas for improvement and/or risk mitigation
• Build and maintain an understanding of the manufacturing industry and the laws that affect the Company, with a focus on compliance and commercial law
