Application Engineer

• Serve as the primary technical and commercial resource for WEG's EC motor portfolio
• Provide hands-on technical support for EC motor selection, sizing, and integration
• Lead technical engagement with OEM equipment manufacturers to secure motor specifications
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical and commercial proposals
• Conduct product demonstrations, application workshops, and training sessions
• Identify and develop new application opportunities in target verticals
• Interpret and apply relevant standards including NEMA MG1, IEC 60034, DOE efficiency regulations, and ASHRAE guidelines
• Provide on-site commissioning assistance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis for EC motor installations
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback on product performance and gaps

Associate

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins, according to predetermined sequence
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items

Customer Support

• Provide after-sale support to customers via daily incoming requests (phone and email)
• Take ownership of customer issues throughout the resolution process
• Respond to questions related to warranty terms and conditions, service shops, nameplate data, parts, and other related inquiries
• Provide technical documentation and warranty eligibility information on products and services
• Receive and manage incoming calls and emails from a general inbox as well as a personal company email account
• Analyze warranty claim data and determine accuracy by failure type and warranty period
• Process and submit service complaints into the system to generate cases for the Service Engineering team
• Receive, evaluate, and process no-fault (NF) warranty claims
• Identify quality failures using quality defect classification manuals
• Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer complaints
• Provide status updates on open warranty claims to customers and service shops

Service Support Specialist I

Project Manager

• Serve as primary customer liaison throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct handover with sales team, lead kickoff meetings, and maintain comprehensive project plans
• Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria aligned with contractual requirements
• Manage project scope, process change orders, and ensure proper approvals
• Coordinate with and manage manufacturing partners, cross-functional teams, subcontractors, subconsultants, and vendors to meet delivery commitments
