About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic and operational HR leadership to drive productivity, engagement and retention
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and compliance practices
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change management
- Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, talent management and organizational effectiveness
- Lead, develop, and coach HR Team
- Serve as Fiduciary on the 401k plan
- Lead Talent Management programs to promote performance management, succession planning and talent development
- Champion policy development, implementation and enforcement of company-wide HR policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources
- 15+ years of progressive and strategic HR leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing HR teams and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits design, and employment law
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
- HR certification preferred.
