About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as primary customer liaison throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct handover with sales team, lead kickoff meetings, and maintain comprehensive project plans
  • Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria aligned with contractual requirements
  • Manage project scope, process change orders, and ensure proper approvals
  • Coordinate with and manage manufacturing partners, cross-functional teams, subcontractors, subconsultants, and vendors to meet delivery commitments
  • Keep leadership informed of project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Conduct site visits with customers and vendors as needed
  • Perform regular progress and financial reviews
  • Ensure timely revenue recognition and milestone payment processing
  • Safeguard the company's commercial and contractual interests
  • Manage logistics coordination and shipping requirements
  • Other duties may be assigned by management to meet business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of total experience
  • 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the electrical or rotating equipment industries, or large capital projects
  • Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred
  • PMP certification is desired
