About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive, store, pick, pack, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse
Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins, according to predetermined sequence
Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items
Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves
Mark materials with identifying information
Open bales, crates, and other containers
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
Operate forklift to transport stored items from shelves to package area for shipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS diploma or GED preferred
Demonstrated proficiency operating a sit-down/stand-up forklift and reach truck
Knowledge of order picking, receiving product, understanding how to piece orders together, and outbound product loading/unloading
General warehouse safety is strongly desired
Ability to use common hand tools
6 - 12 months of related experience is required
