Core Network Engineer

• Responsible for Mobile Core network support, functionality and development
• Work in a small team under Webbing Network Engineering Department
• Perform proactive monitoring of network elements’ KPI/alarms and network performance analysis
• Perform service/system testing, data collection, and optimization as required
• Handle and analyze trouble tickets and provide solutions when necessary
• Create and maintain network system documentation
• Operational task and requests handling
• Participate in knowledge transfer to NOC engineers
• Provide on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis

QA Engineer

• To ensure the seamless integration and performance monitoring of international roaming (IREG) testing and to maintain high service quality standards across roaming and core network services.
• Coordinate and execute IREG tests (voice, SMS, GPRS, CAMEL, VoLTE, LTE) with international roaming partners in compliance with GSMA standards.
• Validate and document test results, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with stakeholders for resolution.
• Report to vendors and suppliers and internal stakeholders on the progress of work and solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of roaming partners and test logs in the internal management system to follow progress and load.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Core, PRD, VAS, IP, Analytics, NOC, SE) to inform about known issues during service deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation related to IREG test procedures, partner configurations, and quality benchmarks.
• Assist the manager with service request documentation and process overview.
• Be the point of contact to provide and guide NOC with instructions and the needed requirements for executing tests and setting up new service testing.
• Be responsible for handling and following up on Tasks, Events, Requests and Problems for all provided services.
• Participate in and perform various advanced technical tasks related to new or ongoing projects within the company to control network testing and service validation.
• Maintain service tests for customer setups (policies) and for SIM deployment based on incoming orders from internal teams.
• Assist the manager in training, supervising, and guiding NOC team members within the scope of the NOC team's responsibilities and duties for any service validation or network testing.
• To be accountable for own actions and decisions, as well as the quality and timely execution of duties in accordance with acceptable laws and regulations and company’s administrative orders.
• To be a communicative team member, helping colleagues within the competence and knowledge.

Service Quality Engineer

Network Operations

• To handle, troubleshoot and resolve customer solution related and network related issues, events, and incidents.
• Communicate with Webbing customers directly and via mass communication tools.
• Monitor the performance and capacity of mobile network and internal systems using a variety of tools.
• Coordinate and communicate issue, incident and event handing within Webbing internal teams and vendors.
• To track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.

Junior NOC Engineer

Support Engineer

• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via Zendesk and other channels
• Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues
• Accurately log, classify, and follow up on customer tickets according to SLA guidelines
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers in English
• Follow internal workflows and contribute to knowledge base documentation when needed
• Work in rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 support team; night shifts from home possible; after probation, work from home 1 – 2 days is possible

Junior Technical Support Specialist

• Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to strengthen our presence in high data consumption IoT verticals.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with IoT resellers, distributors, and ecosystem partners.
• Support partners with product knowledge, joint business planning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Work closely with partners to identify M2M/IoT pipeline opportunities and drive customer engagement through the channel.
• Build a deep understanding of partner and end-customer needs, shaping solutions to meet those needs.
• Monitor and report on partner performance, pipeline status, and strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth opportunity registration, pricing, and contractual processes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and strategic updates for leadership.

IoT Channel Manager

• Ensure SLA adherence, customer communication, incident transparency, and perform root cause analysis and post-incident reporting
• Draft and maintain customer-facing incident notifications and internal knowledge base articles
