Design Engineer

Customer Support

• Support existing Vetcove users by responding to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner
• Handle various daily and weekly admin responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more
• Work cross-functionally to provide our engineering, partner, and corporate teams with information on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools
• Work with vendor and industry partners to streamline communication and alerts between systems
• Help to continuously develop and expand processes in order to streamline support workflows

Chat Support Associate

• Act as the “Voice of CX", raising key needs during planning
• Partner with Leadership to understand the business processes, pain points, and goals of the organization
• Manage a team of support associates, provide training, onboarding, and measure performance
• Interview and help scale the support team
• Maintain and promote company best practices and standards for support
• Work cross-functionally to provide our engineering, partner, and corporate teams with information on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools

Customer Support Manager

General Counsel

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts for all business functions, including: software licensing and SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, service level/support agreements, distribution agreements, DPAs, and other partnership agreements.
• Provide legal advice to support business partners across the company, including working closely with the business and product team on new product launches.
• Contribute to Vetcove’s privacy program by drafting and negotiating DPAs and advising the business teams on compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, including consumer data collection, use and disclosures.
• Develop and maintain terms of service, terms of use, disclaimers, and other customer facing documentation.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with new features, updates, and product launches.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement legal strategies that align with business goals.

Product Counsel

Controller

• Own accounting, payroll, tax filing, invoicing, bank account tracking and reconciliation, expense management, budgeting, and payment processing via quickbooks
• Direct and assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidated financial statements and notes
• Coordinate any external audit of the consolidated financial statements and notes
• Establish, implement and monitor accounting policies, practices and systems and internal control environment
• Ensure taxes are filed on a timely basis
• Implement effective processes to forecast, track and manage all cash receipts and disbursements
• Provide comprehensive and timely reporting and analysis to management and other internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with external vendors regarding receivable collections
• Ensure that all accounting, treasury and tax transactions and provisions are processed efficiently and recorded effectively in an accurate and timely manner
• Stay abreast of evolving legislation and ensure compliance with all tax law guidance regarding marketplaces, remote-first companies, etc.
• Continually identify issues in both process and accounting for transactions and propose solutions (in conjunction with auditors)

Customer Success Manager

• Design and lead Vetcove’s corporate accounts strategy
• Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions within named accounts in order to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
• Craft narratives and prove customer value through comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch-points, both over the phone and through on-site meetings
• Develop proficiency in collecting ongoing customer product feedback to establish an effective feedback loop for customer needs and our product development strategy
• Take a methodical approach to strategic planning in each of your owned accounts by creating a roadmap which continuously progresses the customer towards their specific platform goals, account growth, and overall success with Vetcove
• Stay tuned in to the veterinary consolidation market and understand how Vetcove can evolve to adapt to changes in market dynamics
• Nurture relationships with non-contracted corporate consolidators to be sure they understand Vetcove’s value and how we can fit into long term strategy

Email Marketing Manager

• Lead lifecycle marketing efforts across the customer journey with a strong focus on e-commerce email performance, transitioning from mass email blasts to targeted, personalized campaigns that drive measurable ROI and incremental revenue.
• Build and optimize audience segments and automated journeys that increase engagement, conversion, and retention aligned with KPI goals.
• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of consumer email initiatives — including campaign ideation, copywriting (subject lines and body content), basic template building, asset coordination, QA, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to define necessary events and triggers and ensure proper data flow to support lifecycle automation.
• Launch and optimize targeted campaigns and customer journeys with clear hypotheses, testing plans, and measurable revenue impact.
• Own the A/B testing roadmap — design experiments, execute tests, track results, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Conduct testing across subject lines, messaging, CTAs, segmentation, customer cohorts, send-time optimization, and personalization strategies to increase performance.
• Partner with design and cross-functional stakeholders to evolve creative direction, layouts, and templates using tools like Figma and internal admin systems.
• Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and collaboration across B2B and consumer marketing teams.
• Produce regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, including opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, lift, unsubscribes, and other core metrics with a focus on incremental impact.
• Measure and analyze the ROI and overall effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for scaling what works and iterating where needed.
• Contribute to a small, collaborative team environment by bringing initiative, new ideas, and a strong test-and-learn mindset.

Product Manager

• Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform
