• Completely own and build a product line

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open roles, ensuring an effective and streamlined workflow.

• Source candidates via multiple channels; perform initial phone/video screenings and in-depth interviews to assess suitability.
• Collaborate with department heads, hiring managers, and HRBPs to develop role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
• Identify, pilot, and implement AI/recruiting tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows across open roles.

Support Engineer

• Technical escalations - Resolve issues that are escalated from Tier 1 support
• Customer communication - Engage directly with customers on multiple issues, providing clear and concise communication throughout the life cycle of the case
• Become a product expert for customers and stay up-to-date on new features
• Support our customers during the onboarding, implementation, and production phases including incidents and deployments
• Work closely with the Tier 3 Engineers and escalate according to our escalation flows

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from US-based employees.
• Support employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
