About the role

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns, turning interest into real opportunities
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce them to our solutions
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and schedule follow-ups with the Sales team
  • Research target accounts to tailor outreach and create meaningful connections
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets to contribute to the company’s growth

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and business development – previous experience in Sales or a BDR/SDR role - an advantage
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) - a must
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for AI and its adoption
  • Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Swedish - a plus
  • Financial crime/payments knowledge - a plus
  • A degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business-related fields - a plus
  • Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation best practices - a plus
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Lusha - a plus
