About the role
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns, turning interest into real opportunities
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce them to our solutions
- Conduct initial discovery calls and schedule follow-ups with the Sales team
- Research target accounts to tailor outreach and create meaningful connections
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets to contribute to the company’s growth
Requirements
- Passion for sales and business development – previous experience in Sales or a BDR/SDR role - an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) - a must
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for AI and its adoption
- Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Swedish - a plus
- Financial crime/payments knowledge - a plus
- A degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business-related fields - a plus
- Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation best practices - a plus
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Lusha - a plus
