Generate qualified leads from inbound and outbound sources
Profile prospective clients and provide feedback on sales and marketing campaigns
Develop conversations into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
Develop a targeted list of prospects and qualify inbound leads per framework
Conduct lead generation activities following the sales development playbook
Communicate Semperis’ value and offerings to IT professionals across organizations
Partner with assigned Account Executives to develop territory
Consistently achieve assigned quotas and performance goals
Update and maintain prospect information and sales activities in Outreach and Salesforce
Provide Account Executives with detailed notes on prospect interactions
Continually seek knowledge on industry best practices and Semperis product offerings
Requirements
2+ years of B2B technology Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales experience
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Desire to learn and move up within a sales organization
Strong English Language skills
Fluent German is a MUST
Personal or professional experience in German speaking countries/ EMEA
