About the role

  • Strategic and operational lead for field marketing across the NAMER region as Sr. Regional Marketing Manager
  • Build and execute integrated programs—live, virtual, and partner-led—to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen CrowdStrike's brand in market
  • Serve as the connective tissue between regional sales, channel teams, and corporate marketing, translating go-to-market strategy into action tailored to segments
  • Operate as a marketing business owner, accountable for regional pipeline goals, new logo growth, and revenue acceleration
  • Collaborate closely with sales, SDRs, and channel teams to drive Stage 1 pipeline generation
  • Orchestrate integrated field campaigns including CrowdTour, roadshows, executive dinners, and ABX plays
  • Partner with product marketing, growth ops, and regional campaigns to build targeted programs and meaningful customer journeys
  • Measure and report ROI for all marketing activities and optimize based on data, insights, and feedback loops
  • Support and onboard new teammates, contributing to team culture and knowledge-sharing

Requirements

  • 7–15 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including ownership of field/partner marketing campaigns in the tech sector (preferably cybersecurity or IT)
  • Proven ability to build and scale regional marketing programs that drive tangible business outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills
  • Experience executing campaigns to win net new logos and increase customer adoption, campaign orchestration (e.g. account-based marketing), and pipeline reporting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), and data-driven measurement frameworks
  • Comfort with ambiguity; resourceful, organized, and outcomes-driven
  • Reputation for being a team player and trusted partner to sales and business stakeholders
  • Cybersecurity experience or knowledge of threat intelligence landscape (bonus)
  • Past experience working with agencies or third-party vendors (bonus)
  • Passion for data storytelling and campaign optimization (bonus)
